Fees & Contact

As it is crucial that you feel comfortable with your therapist, it is normal practice to arrange an initial assessment. At the assessment, you can discuss with me your needs, and we can both decide whether I am the most suitable therapist to work with you. It also gives you the opportunity to see whether you feel comfortable talking to me. At this stage, you have no commitment to continue if you do not wish to. However, if you do wish to work with me, then we will discuss a tailor-made plan for you. Each session lasts for an hour and would normally take place at a regular time each week. It is very important that you are punctual for appointments, in order to guarantee the privacy and confidential nature of the practice.

The practice is open for appointments from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on Tuesday- Saturday. The practice is closed on Sunday and Monday.

You can contact me by phone or email. I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. I have a personal voicemail facility where you can leave a message; this is only accessible by me. If you would like me to return your call, please leave your full name, phone number and an appropriate time when I can contact you.

Fees and Cancellation Policy

Individual Therapy Session  (One Hour)      € 80

Clinical Supervision (IACP Accredited)        € 80

I work one-to-one with adults over the age of 18 years.

Sessions are provided both in-person and by Zoom video platform

For in-person sessions, payment is required at the end of each session. Payment for online sessions must be made at least one working day before the session. I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee.
